How Much Does Shipping Cost & How Long Does Delivery Take?
Within Australia
FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
For orders under $100, shipping is a flat $9.95 Australia-wide, whether you order one item or load up on a few.
We aim to have your order packed and handed over to Australia Post within 3 business days.
Some of our garments are locally made to order. These are generally produced quickly, but occasionally there may be delays outside of our control while we wait for stock from our local manufacturing partner. If this happens, we'll get your order on its way as soon as the goods arrive.
If you haven't received your order within 30 days, please contact our support team and we'll help follow it up with Australia Post.
International Shipping
Yep, we ship worldwide!
FREE international shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
For orders under $150 AUD, international shipping is a flat $17.95 AUD, with delivery generally taking 1–4 weeks, depending on your destination, customs processing and the local delivery network.
United States: We cover applicable U.S. import duties and tariffs, so there are no additional import charges for you to pay upon delivery.
New Zealand: Import duties and taxes generally don't apply to normal order values, although charges may apply to higher-value orders.
Other Countries: Import duties, VAT, taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your country. Many European countries and South Africa may charge these fees, with the amount determined by local customs authorities and the value of your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to pre-pay or cover import charges outside of the United States.
Any import duties, VAT, taxes or customs fees that apply outside of the United States are the customer's responsibility.
Can I Pick Up My Order?
At this stage, we're 100% online and don't offer local pickup.
Keeping everything online helps us keep things simple, process orders quickly and get your gear on its way without the extra overheads.
What About Returns & Exchanges?
No worries. We're a good crew and we'll always do our best to look after you.
