How Much Does Shipping Cost & How Long Does Delivery Take?

Within Australia: Shipping is a $9.95 flat-rate Australia-wide if you order one item or many items.

We aim to have your order packed and given to Australia Post within 3 days. However, some of our garments are made to order. These items are produced locally and are usually processed very quickly. Occasionally there may be delays beyond our control as we await these items from our local partner company. We assure you that we will send your order as soon as we receive the goods.

If you have not received your order after 30 days, please get in contact with our support team who will be able to liaise with Australia Post on your behalf. 

International Shipping: Yes we do ship internationally. International postage is $17.95 (AUD) flat-rate via DHL eCommerce and takes 1-4 weeks depending on destination and the local delivery network. Since Covid there have been longer international shipping delays.

Please be aware we do not currently have the facility to pre-pay customs & duties for international orders. This means that orders to countries who charge these duties will be subject to the local duties & taxes payable by the receiver on arrival. The main offenders for duties charges are UK and some of the smaller European countries. So if it's a gift, you might need to warn the receiver ahead of time that there may be something to pay on arrival.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

No, all orders are 100% online to keep costs down and get them to you as quick as possible. All orders come with flat-rate shipping so there's a fixed shipping cost and no surprises.

What about Returns & Exchanges?

No worries at all there. We're a good crew and will always look after you. If you want to return or exchange any items please use our returns form to start the process.
