For orders shipped to the United States, we cover applicable import duties and tariffs, so there are no additional import charges for you to pay upon delivery.

For New Zealand orders, import duties and taxes generally do not apply to normal order values.

For all other international destinations, import duties, taxes, VAT and customs fees may apply. Many European countries and South Africa charge import duties, VAT or other customs fees, with the amount varying depending on the destination and order value.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pay or cover these charges outside of the United States, as they are determined by each country’s local customs authorities.

Any import duties, taxes, VAT or customs fees that apply outside of the United States are the customer’s responsibility.
